We will meet six weeks prior to your wedding or event. after reviewing the contracts with vendors you have secured we create a detailed timeline of your day. We’ll coordinate with each vendor and your venue and provide one on-site wedding coordinator for six hours on the day of your wedding!

Partial Planning
We provide professional assistance with elements of your wedding or event that have you stumped! We then coordinate these elements into a detailed timeline, distribute and coordinate with vendors and provide eight hours of personal on-site coordination so you can relax on the big day!
Price: $125 per hour or starting at $4,800
Full Wedding Planning
Relax…we have everything covered. Venue and vendor selection, coordination of flowers, music, rental and design. Create a detailed timeline of your wedding weekend! On-going coordination with vendors, rehearsal coordination and up to three on-site wedding coordinators for twelve hours on the day of your wedding!
Price: $125 per hour or starting at $7,200
A Deposit Sets Your Date
Your 50% retainer deposit on any of our packages puts your date in our calendar and starts the planning process. Our hourly planning requires a $500 retainer deposit and covers your first four hours of planning.
